I have tried to access Microsoft’s “real person” on-line help, but that didn’t work today either. Any suggestions would be very helpful. The link you provide above is the same link that I get to via my employer’s internal HUP storefront. Unfortunately, after completing the next step getting an email sent to my works email address from Microsoft with a new link in it , that last link, which goes to the store where a purchase can be made, goes to a broken store page. I thought onetime payment licenses in the HUP ended with Yes, you have the right to re-install your HUP license on the same computer, and to transfer it to new devices as needed.
